1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Comprehensive Business Management ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Application. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Application following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. License Grant

Erudite Systems Solutions grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Comprehensive Business Management for personal or business purposes, subject to the restrictions in these Terms of Service.

You are permitted to:

• Use the Application on a single device or on multiple devices if you own or control them
• Use the Application for lawful purposes only
• Make one archival copy of the Application for backup purposes

3. Restrictions and Prohibited Use

• Introduce malware, viruses, worms, or other malicious code
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Violate any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Application
• Use the Application in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the service

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Application, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Erudite Systems Solutions, its licensors, or other providers of such material. The Application is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create and upload to the Application. By uploading content, you grant Erudite Systems Solutions a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display the content for the purpose of providing the Application.

5. User Accounts and Responsibilities

When you create an account in Comprehensive Business Management, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You agree that you are solely responsible for any unauthorized access to your account. Erudite Systems Solutions is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF ERUDITE SYSTEMS SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APPLICATION, IF ANY.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ERUDITE SYSTEMS SOLUTIONS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Erudite Systems Solutions does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

8. Third-Party Services

Comprehensive Business Management may integrate with third-party services. Your use of these services is governed by their terms and policies. Erudite Systems Solutions is not responsible for:

• The availability or functionality of third-party services
• Any data collected or used by third-party services
• Any actions or omissions of third-party service providers

Please review the privacy policies and terms of any third-party services before using them.

9. Termination

Erudite Systems Solutions may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Application at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.

You may terminate your account by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Application immediately ceases, and any content associated with your account may be deleted.

10. Data Backup and Recovery

You are responsible for maintaining backups of any important data you store in Comprehensive Business Management. While we take reasonable measures to protect data, Erudite Systems Solutions is not responsible for:

• Accidental data loss
• Deletion of data due to account termination
• Corruption of data due to technical issues

You can download your data at any time through the Application before deleting your account.

11. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Comprehensive Business Management only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Application.

Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person
• Offensive comments related to gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, or nationality
• Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Application
• Spreading misinformation or false information
• Violating the intellectual property rights of third parties

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Erudite Systems Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your use of the Application in violation of laws or regulations
• Content you submit or upload to the Application
• Your infringement of any third-party rights

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kenya for the resolution of any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the Application.
